Continuing that tradition, this year's tournament raised $120,000 for Arise Detroit! and Brilliant Detroit, supporting two nonprofits dedicated to strengthening neighborhoods and creating brighter futures for Detroit families.

As part of this year's fundraising efforts, Arise Detroit! received $60,000 to continue its work empowering Black, Brown and underserved communities through neighborhood engagement, volunteerism and collaborative solutions that address critical issues including literacy, youth violence, substance and domestic abuse, and unemployment.
Brilliant Detroit also received $60,000 to support its mission of helping children, ages birth through eight, thrive by transforming refurbished homes into welcoming neighborhood hubs that provide early learning, health and family support programs.
